WaterSMS rents access to inbound SMS on US mobile numbers we operate. You buy either a single verification (one code, short hold) or a rental (all messages for a fixed window). Numbers are shared infrastructure: they are recycled to other customers after your order ends.
No fraud, impersonation, harassment, spam, or evading a ban you were given for those things. No use that breaks the terms of the site you are verifying on, and no use that breaks US law. We suspend accounts for this without a refund of the balance used.
Do not attach a WaterSMS number to anything you need long-term access to — a bank, a personal account, anything holding money or identity. When your order ends the number goes back to the pool and someone else will receive its messages. Account recovery tied to a released number is not possible.
Balance is prepaid and non-expiring. If a verification receives no SMS before its hold expires, the charge is reversed to your balance automatically. Cancelling before a code arrives is also refunded. Once a code is delivered the order is final. Rentals are not refundable once started. Balance top-ups are not returned to your card as cash except at our discretion.
Numbers depend on physical devices and carrier networks. We do not guarantee that any particular service will accept our numbers, that stock will be available, or that a given site has not blocked the range. Service is provided as-is.
We store your email, wallet activity, and the messages received by numbers while they are assigned to you. Messages received on a number outside your order window are never shown to you, and yours are never shown to the next customer. We do not sell your data.
